FUNDING AND ASSISTANCE
Help may be available for your childcare costs
We know that, no matter how great or how cost-efficient we try to make the nursery, the cost of day nursery can put many mums and dads off choosing it as an option.
There may, however, be help out there to assist you. There are a range of Government schemes open to parents that can make nursery affordable and we will do everything we can to help you understand the choices and access the funding that you might be eligible for.
Here are a few options:
Tax-Free Childcare – For working families earning under £100k and at least £131 per week (equal to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage) each who aren’t receiving Tax Credits, Universal Credit or childcare vouchers.
15 hours and 30 hours Funded Childcare – For many working parents of 2 year olds, and 3 – 4 year olds for 38 weeks each year.
Putting the 'Care' Back into Daycare
“Dinotots Daycare is situated in the heart of Blyth’s town centre, commanding an outstanding presence in an 1889 three story building which was originally built for the Bank (Read it’s amazing History Here);
We have transformed this beautiful historic space in to a homely environment for the children to explore whilst keeping as many of the original features to create character for all the children to enjoy. Taking advantage of the large space each age group has been given their own dedicated floor where they can develop, learn and grow throughout their time here. As we’re in the perfect location, we also greatly immerse ourselves into the local community having visits to shops, care homes, the local library, harbour and local parks to support children’s knowledge of the world they live in and their local community.
Come join us and let the world hear your roar!.”
